From The Principal

Happy February  Chieftain Families,

We are now over a week into the Second Semester and grades have been finalized. We hope the new process of directly Emailing report cards was a success, where it wasn’t, we need to know so we can work with technology to corrected problems.  We will be happy to produce a report card for any parent (with ID) or student that requests one from the front desk.  With the end of Semester 1 we begin preparing for the events that define the second semester including Honors Night, Prom, and Graduation.  It’s amazing to consider, but they come much faster that we expect!  We have begun the tedious work of validating grades, determining our Valedictorians (all students 4.0+) and Salutatorians (next highest GPA), and most importantly, helping our students continue to strive toward graduation.

Our Vision:
Empowering students to reach their full potential as members of a global community.

Our Mission:
The mission of Utica High School is to develop successful learners with the support of our community of educators, students, and parents. Our diverse student body will have an equitable, rigorous, and comprehensive education in a safe and supportive environment that promotes self-discipline, motivation, and excellence in learning. We aim to cultivate individual learners with active and creative minds, and a sense of understanding and compassion for others.
UHS Graduation Date/Time Set: Saturday, June 10 @ 1 pm.
Graduation is at the Palace of Auburn Hills
